If you are a new patient/client at Roots Waco Chiropractic Nutrition Wellness, please schedule a new patient exam prior to any treatment and complete the online intake information. We are open Monday through Friday by appointment. After selecting a service you can add yourself to the waiting list should you not see an available time by clicking on the “add yourself to the waiting list” option. As a reminder, we do not accept insurance and payment due at the time of services being rendered.
