If you are a new patient/client at Roots Waco Chiropractic Nutrition Wellness, please schedule a new patient exam prior to any treatment and complete the online intake information. We are open Monday through Friday by appointment. After selecting a service you can add yourself to the waiting list should you not see an available time by clicking on the “add yourself to the waiting list” option. We will contact you should an appointment become available. As a reminder, we do not accept insurance and payment due at the time of services being rendered. We will be closed April the 18th through the 23rd.
